Mr. Carringer is a 40 year veteran of the industry. He has provided estimating services to general contractors including nine years as the chief estimator for a division of one of the nation’s largest contractors. For the past 16 years, he has provided cost consulting services to a number of owners on over 200 projects, ranging in size from $10 million to over $2.5 billion.
He has taught estimating at the University of Tennessee, San Jose State University, and the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. In addition, he has conducted over 100 seminars throughout the United States on topics ranging from change order management to unfavorable contract clauses.
Mr. Carringer received his Certified Professional Estimator designation from the American Society of Professional Estimators in 1985 and was awarded his Fellowship designation (FCPE) in 1995. Mr. Carringer is a two term past National President of ASPE, and was voted its Estimator of the Year Award in 1995.
Among the honors bestowed upon Mr. Carringer is his nomination in 1990 for Engineering News Record’s Construction Man of the Year Award for his service to the industry in the area of ethical bidding practices.

Mr. Holt is a 40 year veteran of both the design and construction management sides of the industry. He has provided programming, design services, site analysis services, space planning services, and regulatory services for numerous projects including educational, financial, office buildings, and correctional facilities.
He has served as owner’s representative on numerous projects where his responsibilities included project management, design management, client relations, marketing, and contract administration.
Mr. Holt is associated with numerous industry organizations including the AIA, the Project Management Institute, the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, and the State of Louisiana Architectural Selection Board.
His awards include the Design Honor Award from the Austin Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and he has lectured at the University of Texas in Austin.

D. Steve Roberts

Mr. Roberts has engaged in construction auditing practice for over 15 years, prior to which he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a large electrical contractor. Mr. Roberts has conducted hundreds of construction audits on behalf of owners throughout the United States. His work includes assisting clients in defining allowable reimbursable costs and negotiating contract terms relevant to cost of work and the level of documentation required to demonstrate cost of work. This includes acceptable labor cost, labor burden, material cost, equipment cost, general conditions costs, and fees.
Mr. Roberts audit work consists of periodic audits of contractors and subcontractors during the course of construction to determine whether and to what extent contractors and subcontractors have complied with contract terms related to acceptable costs and recommendations for corrective action if such terms are not followed.
Mr. Roberts has extensive experience reviewing change order requests and recommending their disposition, claims involving extension of time and compression of schedule and assisting the owner in negotiating the amount to be paid. He has also assisted owners in setting up and monitoring OCIP programs properly.
In addition, Mr. Roberts has conducted numerous contractor and subcontractor final audits at the completion of projects to establish not only whether the contract terms have been adhered to but also to permit an independent evaluation of the contractor or subcontractors total acceptable cost of work and fee and assisting the owner with final closeout negotiations.

MS. Bhavna M. Mistry

Ms. Mistry, since attaining her Master’s Degree in Architecture from Tulane University, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, has spent the majority of her two decade career as the Area Director of Design and Construction for the Gulf Coast Division of one of the nation’s premier gaming and hospitality companies. Her duties included overseeing the design and construction of projects ranging from $4 million to $800 million, including negotiating design and construction fees, project schedules, and FF&E management. They also included managing a 15??? person staff, directing the work of the design and construction teams, serving as a liaison between the owner and governmental agencies, and interacting with community based preservation organizations. A number of her projects involved interfacing with native American tribes.
Ms. Mistry oversaw the owner’s recovery efforts from the effects of Hurricane Katrina, insuring that the owner’s projects were completed with the minimum schedule and cost impacts possible.
MS. Mistry is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and has spoken at numerous industry conferences. She guided her company’s efforts to achieve several awards including a “Top 100 Hotel in the US” award and a “Gold Key Award” presented by Condé Nast Traveler magazine.

Donald G. Lycan II

Mr. Lycan has served in project management positions for owners his entire 37 year career, including for the last 14 years as Senior Area Director of Design and Construction for one of the nation’s largest hospitality companies. His expertise includes design and budget management, schedule management, and contractor and subcontractor management. Projects managed include casinos, hotels, parking garages, marine work, and infrastructure work and range in size from $15 million to $500 million. All of these projects were completed on time, some ahead of schedule, and all were completed under budget.
Mr. Lycan’s expertise includes designing and implementing management personnel structure, management systems and procedures for onsite owner management of the project.

Mr. Price’s 25 year career in the electrical industry includes project management, estimating, purchasing, and marketing. He has provided electrical estimating and change order management services to construction owners since 1994. These services included budget and detailed estimates for electrical projects ranging in size from $1 million to $38 million.
Mr. Price also owns and manages both a low voltage electrical company and a custom home building business, both since 2003. Mr. Price has received a number of awards including the Arkansas Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimator’s Estimator of the Year Award, President’s Award, Exceptional Service Award and Kinco Constructor’s, Inc. MS. Price has engaged in construction estimating since 1997. specializing in interior estimating with emphasis upon finish carpentry, millwork, drywall and all finish trades. She has worked closely with project interior designers to set budgets, specify materials, purchase materials, oversee installation, monitor subcontractors performance to insure quality workmanship and timely completion.
MS Price, with husband Rick, own and manage a custom home building business, specializing in upscale homes known for their level of quality finishes.

Mr. Lynch has been involved in design and project management for the past 35 years. For the last 10 years he has managed over $72M in multiple projects for a major hospitality company. As a team member in other projects, Mr. Lynch represented owners with design, construction and project management needs on another $725M.
Prior to Project Management duties, Jim was the lead instructor at the University of New Orleans, Professional Development Center offering classes in AutoCAD to over 250 corporate individuals and over 1,200 regular students. Mr. Lynch created 5 separate courses and customized classes for corporate clients based on their professional needs.
Additionally while at UNO, Mr. Lynch was a cad systems consultant to over 50 diverse clients including architects, interior designers, mechanical, electrical, marine, petrochemical and structural engineers; additional clients included manufacturers, general and mechanical contractors.
A licensed Architect, Jim practiced in New Orleans and designed a wide range of project types including: clinics, medical facilities and physicians’ offices, offices and technical buildings for a cable network company, television studios, food services venues, banking, Information Systems facilities, nightclubs and commercial lease office plans.
Affiliated with the American Institute of Architects national, State and local chapters, Mr. Lynch is a licensed architect in the State of Louisiana. He graduated from The University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1974. Jim holds an AutoCAD operators certification and was recognized by Autodesk for excellence in technical instruction in the Authorized Training Center program.

| John R. Edwards |

Mr. Edwards received both his Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Architecture from Clemson University. During his career of more than 30 years, Mr. Edwards has excelled at both the practice of the profession and representing owners in the management of design services. His projects include numerous high profile destination resorts including mega projects in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and Maryland for Gaylord Entertainment. These projects alone total some 7,000,000 square feet in size.
Mr. Edwards’ experience also included the complete range of project management services for owners on these projects – cost control, schedule monitoring, contractor interface, vendor negotiations, customer coordination and payment review. His duties included developing Request for Proposals for projects, both from designers and contractors, FF&E design and purchasing, and community and regulatory liaison.
Mr. Edwards engaged in advanced study at the Overseas Center for Building Design and Urban Research in Genoa, Italy, is a member of Tau Sigma Delta, the National Honor Society for Architecture and the Allied Arts, and is an affiliate of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
His professional registrations include the states of Georgia, Arizona, and North Carolina.
